COLOMBIAN SUPREMO $14.50 Grown along the foothills of the Andes Mountains where climate is temperate and moise. We carry the highest grade of Colombian coffee beans, roasted to a medium-full bodied cup. Colombian has a very rich, superbly balanced, somewhat nutty flavor. Available in water processed decaf. ESPRESSO BLEND $13.50 A careful blend with French Roast, Vienna Roast, and a splash of Colombian for a more mellow cup of espresso.

FRENCH ROAST $14.00 Colombian beans are roasted until the natural coffee oils are on the outside of the bean for an extremely full bodied coffee with a kick!

GUATEMALA FAIR TRADE  $15.00 A fair trade version of the sweet, smoky, and acidic Guatemalan coffee. The area around Antigua in Guatemala is subject to periodic volcanic eruptions, which provide additional nitrogen to the already rich coffee growing soil. The area is further blessed by light, frequent rainfall, and sun.

HAITIAN BLUE $22.50 True blue comes from a bean grown at one of the highest altitudes coffee plants thrive anywhere in the world. It is also the best and rarest of beans. The climate is cool and misty with frequent rainfall and rich soil. There, the coffee is grown alongside bananas and avocados. Haitian Blue has an intense aroma, smoothly balanced, sweet flavor, body, and acidity.

KENYA AA $15.00 Kenyan coffee was promoted by Hollywood in the film Out of Africa,  in which Meryl Streep plays the Danish coffee farmer Karen Blixen (actually the books author, Isak Dinesen). Our Kenya hasn't made it to Hollywood yet, but it is wonderfully fragrant, sharp, clean, and bright, with a solid body and a distinct "winey" aftertaste. AA represents the finest grade available.

MOCHA JAVA $14.00 Although mocha sounds like a chocolate flavor, it is actually the name of a port on the Red Sea near Yemen. Blended with Java, it creates a rich, full bodied flavor with a balanced acidity.

PERUVIAN FAIR TRADE ORGANIC $15.00 This is a delicious shade-grown organic coffee from the high mountains of Peru. It has been given a splendid dark roast, lighter than French or Espresso blends, but still a robust, well-rounded flavor.

SUMATRA $15.00 A heavy bodied brew ideal for service after dinner. It tastes very clean with a deep, earthy quality.
